Blue and White Warming Dish

Japanese 19th century octagonal warming (hot water) dish. Central design of birds in trees is hand painted sometsuke (underlaze blue and white). Border is underglaze blue stamped design. Size is 7 1/2" diameter, 11" handle to handle, 2" tall. Likely Arita. Very good condition - a few scratches.
